Adjustable no-slip shoulder pads and chest strap. Strap length adjustment at all 4 corners. These suspenders are one size fits all. Any excessive strap length is expected to be cut down to a reasonable length by the customer. * If you want or need a 3 point system, simply cut off one of the rear suspender straps.
